Isn't crazy how something so small can make a person happy?
My first ever MAC lipstick in Angel!
I was so excited to be able to buy my first item from MAC the other day, and even more excited to receive it in the mail yesterday.
It matches perfectly to my lip shade, and gives them a finishing gloss look, and I am absolutely in love with it! I was really scared to order online with out swatching it and all that ( I know, bad right? ) but when I received it, I fell in love with it.
That's not the end of my MAC dreams either, as I am going to ( hopefully ) buy another one or two in the next few days. I bought this one straight from the MAC site, but I think I am going to try my first blog sale, and buy some from there as well.
Along with these lipsticks, I also bought my first NARS product, which is a single eye shadow, and of course I will take photos and share that with you guys as well!
But this was just a quick update blog, as I have not written one in a while other than the spur-of-the-moment one at midnight this morning.
I am finally achieving at least one of my dreams of owning "high-end" makeup, and I am so excited!

I'm always nervous to buy high end stuff, I've been wanting to buy something from MAC for so long. Every time I go into the store with money in hand, I look at the price and walk away. Ugh. Maybe for my birthday...maybe.

I seriously am the exact same way. I had to literally force myself to buy it, because I never like to spend a lot of money on one thing. But you do have to spoil yourself sometimes, and this was one for me(: The only bad thing is now I want to buy more! Lol, but yes buy it you won't regret it(:
DeleteI never normally buy high end products due to the cost and the fact that you can get just as good products if you search hard enough in drugstores! But I bought my first Mac lipstick the other month and Its honestly so worth the money! They are such good quality and moisturise my lips much better than other lipsticks! Im so in love with my Mac lipstick ahha xx
ReplyDeleteSame! I haven't gotten to test it out so much since I only got it a couple of days ago, but I wore it to work yesterday and I loved it! And I am the exact same way, I have alllll drugstore makeup, and really never thought about high end until I saw Zoe's makeup collection and I wanted to try it. But yesssss I am in love with my lipstick too!
